Billet Aluminum Door Handles

The factory G-Class door handles are plastic.
On a vehicle built to the standard of a G-Wagon, that never made sense to us.

These handles are precision-machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized for durability, giving the door the same solid, refined feel as the rest of the truck. It’s a small detail, but one you notice every time you open or close the door — the same way a well-built car door shuts with weight, or a quality tool feels different the moment you pick it up.

Each set is produced in collaboration with a machining company owned and operated by one of our in-house engineers, allowing us to stay directly involved in the design, machining, and finishing of every handle. Because production remains closely tied to our own team, we’re able to maintain the level of precision and quality control we expect from every part we install.

Handles are available in multiple anodized finishes, and we can produce custom colors on request to match or coordinate with your G-Wagon’s exterior, interior, or overall build theme.

Made to fit model years 1979-2024, each set includes five handles: one for each door, plus the rear door.

These are built in limited quantities and are only available through our shop.
