Braided Stainless Brake & Differential Lock Lines

These braided stainless brake and differential lock lines are built in-house, by us, specifically for Mercedes G-Wagons that run lifted or modified suspension with increased travel. When suspension geometry changes, factory rubber lines become a liability. They stretch, fatigue, and eventually fail in the exact conditions you built the truck for.

The “why” is simple. More articulation demands more margin. These lines are designed to maintain proper length, routing, and protection throughout the full range of suspension movement, without binding or overextension. Stainless braid adds abrasion resistance, heat tolerance, and structural integrity that stock lines and off-the-shelf replacements simply don’t offer. Pedal feel stays consistent, differential engagement remains reliable, and the system behaves the way it should when the terrain is unforgiving.
