Custom 3" Stainless Steel Exhaust — OM606 G300d (1996–1998)

This is a custom-built 3 inch TIG-welded stainless steel exhaust system designed specifically for OM606-powered G300d models (1996–1998). Built for strength, flow, and long-term durability, this system is constructed from manually bent stainless tubing rather than pre-formed sections, allowing for proper fitment and clean routing on the W463 chassis.

All joints are TIG welded, and the system uses stainless steel V-band clamps for secure, leak-free connections and easy serviceability. The design is plug-and-play with factory or factory-style turbo setups, making it an ideal upgrade for stock engines as well as lightly modified builds.

This exhaust is built for customers who want correct fitment, proper materials, and a clean, purpose-built solution instead of universal pipework.
